Shipping Policy

Shipping times for most products are in the "Info" section of the product.  In order to bring our valued customers Quality Products at Unbeatable Prices We use Suppliers from all over the world so shipping times may vary from 6 to 35 days.  We know at times it takes some patience, And we will continue to work toward speeding up shipping times.    On average orders are received within 14-20 days and tracking numbers are provided with every order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You may track your orders shipping information at any time on this site under the "Track My Order" tab located on the top right header menu.

 

Returns/Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item purchased from Jake Shop you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item for a 100% refund 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, Jake Shop will pay the return shipping cost and provide the customer with return shipping label via email.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 3 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Products that have a "FREE" promo code are not eligible for refund shipping chargers.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 3 business days
please contact us at support@jakecommerce.com.

Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jakecommerce.com and send your item to: 120 Bruce Street Flint Michigan US 48503.


Accepted Payments

Jake Shop Proudly Accepts PayPal, Visa, Master Charge, Discover Card, American Express, JVC. And Apple pay as form of payment through our check out payment system. All credit card, JVC, and Apple Pay payments are processed through Shopify and fully secured through Shopify's banking system.

If you are not satisfied with any purchase, just return it within 30 days of receiving the item and we will refund 100% of the purchase price (see refunds for more details).
